Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the VANTA online store or purchase from us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Using our store

Products

Please review the product description and select the correct phone model before ordering. Product colours may appear different on different screens. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.

Prices and payment

The price and currency applicable to your order are shown at checkout, together with applicable shipping charges and taxes. Prices may change for future orders. Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable or there is an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfil your order, any payment for the unfulfilled items will be refunded. We will not substitute products or increase the price of a placed order without your agreement.

Shipping

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or have a delivery problem.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the process for returns and cancellations. You may request an eligible return within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of approval; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Please contact us before returning an item.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our store.
